Open Market Collective Inc. is a non-profit organization that was created out of need by a small business owner. As the world shifts more and more to an online operation and staffing shortages are becoming more prominent, the amount of empty storefronts in Uptown Lexington has become unsettling.

In an effort to bring more retail shopping options to the customers of Main Street and provide low overhead retail space and staffing solutions to over 10 entrepreneurs, OMC Inc. has set out to not only be a beneficial organization to those operating under our roof, but to the community as a whole.

Our storefront has been constructed to house over 10 different retail businesses in spaces ranging from 32 square feet up to 242 square feet. We are passionate about providing the community with more women's, children's, home decor, and gift boutique shopping options but have ample showcase display areas for smaller, hand-curated businesses as well.

Open Market Collective Inc. operates a labor-sharing program amongst our merchants to avoid any staffing issues. Our spaces are rented with the option of working in the store for 16 hours per month for a price break on rent.
